This was our third project with this Livermore homeowner—a clear sign we’re doing things right. The ask this time: get rid of dead crabgrass, broken concrete, and overgrown plants, and build something they could actually use every day. We took it from tired and unused to functional, clean, and community-friendly.

Our team installed over 700 square feet of synthetic turf, Belgard steppers in a tight grid with lava rock joints, and added composite and wood borders to define space. We included low-voltage lighting for nighttime use and upgraded irrigation to support new drip zones. From concept to completion, we kept communication clear, and the results speak for themselves.

The homeowner told us they now enjoy pulling into their driveway—a big shift from how it felt before. They spend mornings with coffee in the courtyard, and friends and family now use the space regularly. This project is a great example of how thoughtful design and execution can completely change how you experience your home.
