He addressed all of my needs through out the job and kept in contact with me. The project mgr Oscar was good as well making sure his workers were efficient and on time every day. I can't say enough about Eduardo who did some touch paint work on my house and installed a new WiFi sprinkler system unit. FG PAVERS is a five star business that at an affordable rate. Recently I hired FG Pavers & Turf for our backyard remodel project. Fist Hugo assessed my requirements very carefully, worked on the estimate and provided a quote on the same visit. The estimate was very attractive compared to others. The initial project was to install pavers, build a pergola patio cover and backyard landscaping. The crew namely Oscar, Brian (Pavers, Landscaping, & Outdoor Kitchen) , Luis, Mike (Pergola Patio Covers), and the project manager, Ryan were very professional, courteous, and always cleaned up after themselves. I'm incredibly impressed with the quality of the work. The pavers look fantastic, and the pergola is sturdy and beautifully built. Also, it is worth mentioning that they were very accommodative to add, make changes to the original plan, get appropriate city permits (Pergola and outdoor gas line) etc. That really helped me to add an outdoor Kitchen afterwards. Longer story: I moved into a new house that had used Frank for their backyard renovation. The quality of the work done was something that actually drew us to the house and was one of the deciding factors to purchase. Once we moved in we noticed a bump in the turf. I reached out to Frank and he sent out a crew who uncovered a massive mushroom, made sure the area was completely clean, flat and back to original shape then spent time tirelessly ensuring that the turf was put back together exactly how it was.

Eduardo and Hugo were amazing. We redid our backyard and they put in the coolest basketball court around. In addition, they worked thoroughly with us to pick amazing turf to train for soccer.

Their ability to problem solve throughout the process was excellent. We weren't sure about how to level the area and they had the creative idea to just bring the whole area up and forget about keeping the unnecessary slope to the street. We put in a step to the street instead and it was genius of them to think of it (sounds simple but all the folks that bid on the project didn't suggest it).

Last, they have been back out like 4 Times since it ended to help me add sealant and fix my sprinklers.

They go above and beyond. We won't forget them because they haven't forgotten us!!!! We're a FG family for life
