Ryan, the project manager, was one of the main reasons. He was amazing to work with due to his timely, comprehensive communications. One would expect that this level of customer service would result in outrageous pricing. This was not the case. The overall project cost was competitive and completely reasonable. When it came time to install, the process was seamless with Danny as the installation lead. They were able to complete our yard ahead of schedule and it looks even better than the Yardzen renderings.

Our house was built in 89 and the backyard was in a complete mess, we wanted to clean it up and started to look for experts.

FG Pavers and Turf was one of a few contractors that looked at our backyard and sent us a quote. I have dealt with many contractors before, and when it comes to presenting a quote some are quite detail and some are just not. The quote I received from Erik (FG Pavers) is so detail, he really takes it to the next level. For a customer like me, this brings so much confidence and trust. Their price is quite reasonable. When things are completed, the price I paid feels very justified, it feels like a bargain.

We recently filled in our pool with the plan to completely re-do our backyard. After getting plans/renderings done by Yardzen, we interviewed several contractors and based on our interactions with our eventual project manager Ryan as well as their competetive pricing, we went with FG Pavers for our backyard transformation.

Our project included installation of pavers and rock in our entire backyard and both side yards, drip irrigation and installation of all new plants/trees, the demolition of an existing overhang/balcony and the construction of a new, larger balcony, the construction of a large enclosed walk-in planter box, and integrated lighting. This was the largest home renovation project we've tackled to date, and Ryan and his team (plus the external contractor teams recommended by FG Pavers to do the balcony deck and planter box builds, and the plant/tree installation) were all very courteous, helpful, and available for questions/feedback all along the way. Ryan was always available to provide updates, ask questions of us on our preferences, and provide feedback when we had our own questions that popped up daily.

In the end, our project went as planned, and we are very happy with the results. I am writing this review about 4 months after the work has been completed and we are still really happy with how everything turned out. We would not hesitate to bring FG Pavers back in for our future projects and would definitely recommend them to any of our friends looking to transform their front or back yards.

Recently I hired FG Pavers & Turf for our backyard remodel project. Fist Hugo assessed my requirements very carefully, worked on the estimate and provided a quote on the same visit. The estimate was very attractive compared to others. The initial project was to install pavers, build a pergola patio cover and backyard landscaping. Looking at the backyard now, it's difficult to imagine how big of a mess it was prior to FG's hard work. The crew worked hard almost every weekday (when the break in rain permitted) for two weeks to transform a rocky, barren landscape into a green oasis. Our furry companions now happily frolick through the yard every chance they get (and wait at the patio doors to go outside when indoors).

We selected FG pavers for our landscaping project after an extensive search which included hearing how they could make our Yardzen design come to life.

The FG pavers team was very organized in the initial phase of the project and very helpful in adjusting our plans based on our budget, etc. Overall, they moved the project along relatively quickly, even in the face of supply chain and weather related issues.

As is often the case with any contracting project, there were frustrations and some miscommunications along the way. Some things needed to be redone.
