  • Concrete Walkway: A 334 sq. ft. solid patio installed with 4” thick grey concrete on a compacted baserock foundation. Rebar was set 18” OC for durability and a grey broom finish added a polished, non-slip surface.
  • Retaining Wall: A 34 sq. ft. Belgard Melville Tandem retaining wall in Victorian color. Excavated 12” below final grade with 1/2 block buried, including proper drainage with drain rock and perforated pipe for lasting stability.
  • Paver Patio: A 270 sq. ft. Belgard Melville plank patio in Victorian color, featuring polymeric grey sand joints. This non-automobile-rated installation followed ICPI guidelines for professional-grade results.
  • Pergola Installation: A customer-provided patio cover anchored to the newly installed paver patio. The assembly, completed with precision, provides shade and style to this outdoor space.
  • Curbing: Classic McNear red brick curbing, two bricks high, perfectly outlining the landscape for a timeless look.
