This Alamo project delivered a new synthetic turf installation with durable materials and careful detailing. With narrow street access and a hillside setting, we staged deliveries and installation for an efficient, low‑impact workflow.

We built out the lawn area using Evernatural Classic turf over a gopher guard underlayment to deter burrowing pests. A clean 1×4 bender board edge defines the perimeter and keeps lines sharp. After installation, the team monitored a small ripple that appeared in cold, foggy conditions; we returned on a warmer day to stretch and smooth the turf for a uniform look. Coordination with the supplier ensured a right‑sized vehicle for delivery on a tight street, and the crew navigated existing site elements with care.

The result is a crisp, low‑maintenance turf area that frames the property’s hillside views. With durable underlayment, secure edging, and follow‑through on post‑install adjustments, this Alamo yard is ready for everyday use—pets, play, and easy weekend hosting.
